Are your 4K UHD and Blu-ray discs region-locked?
All 4K UHD discs are region-free. For standard Blu-rays, most of our releases are Region B (UK/Europe) unless otherwise specified in the product description. Please ensure your player is compatible before purchasing.
What is included in your Limited Edition releases?
Our Limited Editions typically feature premium rigid slipcases, double-sided fold-out posters, illustrated booklets with new essays, and exclusive bonus content. These are available while stocks last.
How do you ensure discs aren't damaged during shipping?
We understand the importance of mint condition packaging. All orders are shipped in sturdy, corrugated cardboard mailers or boxes with additional padding to prevent crushed corners or loose discs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to film fans worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We can only accept returns for items in their original, factory-sealed shrink wrap. If a disc is defective, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
Pre-orders are typically dispatched 2-3 days before the official release date. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.
